Zeiss Standard Speed primes for sale.
Ive been lucky enough to have owned and used these for 15 years after purchasing from Lee Utterbach rentals in San Francisco. They have served me well having shot two features and countless commercials and documentaries. 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 50mm, 85mm, 100mm $30,000 NZD ono.
16, 24, and 32 have close focus mod ( focus goes 2 more full rotations past infinity to achieve very close focus) which was a regular modification at houses and with techs who worked on these frequently. 16mm CF3” 24mm CF 6'“ 32mm CF 8.5”. Glass is trouble free and beautifully clear of flaws. Blades, mechanics, housings are also in perfectly maintained condition.
The Standards are 35mm format f2.0 lenses developed by Carl Zeiss for ARRI (then Arriflex), and predate the original Zeiss f1.2 High Speed series (Super Speed in the U.S.)
